Caregiver Self-Care

Sometimes I just a need a break. I love to walk and workout but not continuously. I love flowers and found that gardening helps me to relax. Even Mom enjoys looking at what I have done. Currently, I am working on my front porch. I have always struggled with what type of planter to use (nothing ever seems to work). Then, I found tool free plant ledge planters (www.planttraps.com). Simple to use and a great way to display flowers! I am also thrilled to support a small, female-owned business.

Questions for you:

  • How do you take a break from caregiving?
